Two films will hit the Nigerian box office at the end of October. Both of these films are set to hit the box office on 30 October, 2026.
Maybe... Maybe Not, directed by Faith Abassah and produced by Whole Hog Productions, features Detola Jones, Demola Adedoyin and Ruby Okezie. The film is set to debut in cinemas on 30 October, bringing another Nigerian production to the big screen.
Also arriving that day is Wire Transfer, a crime thriller from Kuros Studios. Its ensemble cast includes Hanks Anuku, Gideon Okeke, Deyemi Okanlawon, Mike Afolarin, Rita Edochie and Teddy A. Nosa. Rex Okunzuwa is also listed among the film's cast in promotional coverage.
The simultaneous releases highlight the continued flow of locally produced films into Nigeria's cinema market, giving exhibitors fresh titles to programme as the month draws to a close.
For producers, distributors and cinema operators, the releases also offer another opportunity to connect Nigerian stories with audiences through theatrical distribution.
